Contrasting the existing tower’s style, this sleek new three-storey curved glass lobby façade complements while adding grandeur and transparency to this landmark office building in the heart of Ottawa’s downtown core. Reclaiming the building’s connection to the city through extensive exterior building renovations and urban landscape updates, PETROFF worked with H&R REIT to re-energize and animate the street edge. The interior ground floor renewal also includes an updated corporate lobby and entrance, food court, elevator lobbies, and a redeveloped ground floor circulation scheme with new integrated retail and commercial spaces.
