Waterloo Corporate Campus is a 40 acre mixed use redevelopment consisting of office, retail and restaurant districts. At this former industrial site the PETROFF team developed a planning and design strategy to upgrade the property by transforming the existing industrial block into two loft style office buildings with a compliment of restaurant and retail uses, including a food store anchor. Office and retail districts are linked through an elaborated and landscape enhanced network of pedestrian connections throughout the site. Future phases are planned to integrate prestige office and data centre uses with the proposed regional LTR extension.
