Located near the intersection of Highway 7 and Birchmount Rd. The proposed development will contain 550+ units, and will comprise of approximately 4,500 sq.ft. retail at grade, and a variety of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. The proposed development will demolish the existing retail building and replace surface parking currently on the property. The building's massing is designed as a "U" shape with a centrally located elevated outdoor amenity space for residents. The building's massing terraces down from 12-storeys to 1-storey in order to respect and protect views and provide an appropriate scale for the future 4-storey townhome development planned north of the property.
