The Gottardo Head Office was constructed as a corporate office and warehouse for the prominent Development and Construction Company. Located in Vaughan at the Highway 7 and Highway 400 New City Centre, the building and site design is tailored to the client’s unique program. The warehouse stores equipment and materials used in Gottardo’s construction work, while the corporate offices reflect the stature and scope of the company’s development projects. The two storey office component accommodates administration staff on the lower level while a grand stair located within a corner drum brings visitors to the corporate offices, boardrooms and large outdoor terrace on the second level. A custom garage area has been incorporated into the design, to house the owner’s exotic automobile collection.
