Conceived as a 50,000 sq ft freezer building addition to an existing dry goods storage warehouse for a local family run business, the PETROFF team developed the project site plan, floor plan and building elevations for an expanded facility currently going through municipal approvals. The PETROFF team worked closely with the owner to develop a concept that better meets operations programming and logistics needs.
