The TriBro Studio project is a purpose built Film Studio boasting 100,000sq.ft of stage space split across three individual stages with an option for two of them to be shared as one set. The Stages are supported by nearly 50,000sq.ft of Production Office space which includes Wardrobe Facilities, Breakdown Rooms, Workshops, Paint Rooms and individualized Administration Offices. The Facility includes a private Rooftop Terrace, custom Screening Room and long-term storage for TV Stage rentals across multiple seasons.

The project has gone through a Tender and VE Phase, and is currently being reviewed for pricing considerations with the Client group anticipating a construction timeline in the coming years.
