The proposed development will comprise of 1,125 residential dwelling units ranging in size from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units to accommodate various household sizes, as well as residents and tenants in various life stages and income levels within the community. The proposed development will also contain a variety of outdoor and indoor amenity spaces. The proposed development will demolish portions of the existing commercial centre and utilize existing surface parking to allow for a long-term redevelopment scheme that seeks to re-imagine the entire shopping plaza into a walkable, mixed-use complete community.
