The Goodlife Fitness Headquarters, located on Proudfoot Lane, just off Oxford St. W., is a modern work environment accommodating 600 employees. It also includes a new Fit-4-Less club, that will be accessible to both employees and the public, an outdoor common area, kitchen facilities and a central hub / atrium. The large floor plate allows for flexible space planning, while still providing extensive natural light penetration. The building articulation, envelope treatment, and siting emphasizes the building’s urban architectural image and its role as corporate head office for the popular London-based gym chain GoodLife Fitness.
