Oakville Place, the largest enclosed shopping centre in Oakville, is located on a 29-acre site, at the highly visible intersection of Queen Elizabeth Way and Trafalgar Road. For three years since 2014 till 2017, Oakville Place has undergone an extensive $40 million renovation that includes a modernization of the interior common areas and redesign parts of the exterior façade, replacement of the parking deck and renovation of the Hudson Bay store which anchors the site. Renovation of the entire two floors of the shopping centre included new ceilings, new floors, new lighting, improved mechanical systems and new mall furniture. Also, all of the existing escalators were replaced. Significant upgrade created the introduction of new retailers including Pusateri’s Fine Foods, Pandora, and Sephora.

The centre boasts attractive architectural spaces and features and a spacious diverse food court, and offers a sophisticated shopping experience thanks to over 100 retailers including Hudson’s Bay, SportChek, H&M, Nine West, Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill and many more.
