The High Velocity Distribution Facility, a 500,000-square-foot distribution centre with 84 loading bay doors, is a state-of-the-art facility for our client to stage their product distribution. The site is located in the Crosspointe Industrial Park near the 400,000-square-foot fresh food facility which opened in 2010.
