Size: 110,000 sq. ft.

This 110,000 sq. ft. plant and office facility is part of an active 7 building industrial campus development in the Newmarket area. Design and planning for the proposed building called for a purpose-built facility to house the client’s manufacturing systems and equipment processes, and was completed in summer 2020.
