Premium Outlets Montreal, located at the intersection of major highways: Autoroutes 15 and 50 and Provincial Highways 158 and 117 was developed by Simon Property Group, Calloway REIT and SmartCentres at the foot of Laurentian Mountains in Mirabel. As prime consultant, PETROFF brought this upscale shopping experience to reality, integrating design concepts with architecture, engineering, interior and urban design.

This outdoor retail destination, featuring an outstanding collection of over 80 luxury retail brands raises the bar of the outlet shopping typology with its charming chalet character, animated pedestrian promenades and comfortable courtyards. A cohesive village atmosphere emulates the local French Canadian ski village context: the centrepiece of the project is the Food Court, designed as the “Great Lodge”. Pitched roofs, stone, heavy timber, illuminated towers and dormers are integrated with carefully planned amenities including: fireplace, playground and urban furniture to create a memorable sense of place. The centre is an authentic shopping environment that resonates with the discerning tastes of Quebec customers looking for elegance, a wide range of luxury brands and regional identification. This distinctive character and unique regional atmosphere confers originality to the Premium Outlets Montreal and transforms it into a touristic attraction increasing foot traffic and driving success. The centre is rich in landscaping and natural elements; a nod to the outdoor mindset of many Canadians and tourists alike.
