Bramalea City Centre Addition & Renovation

The Bramalea City Centre is located in Brampton, Ontario and PETROFF has been working with the owner since 2010 when we oversaw a transformation project of the main mall areas. This more recent addition/renovation involved replacing the former Saks on Fifth with a Decathlon where PETROFF served as the base building architect, as well as, the architect for the store itself. It also involved replacing a Home Outfitters with two banks and a College space. PETROFF was the base building architect for these additional spaces. The banks and college are part of a pad building complex situated near Dixie Road and connected by pedestrian pathways and secondary roadways to the main mall building where the Decathlon is located.
