This 600,000 sq. ft. spec industrial building addresses the unique challenges of maximizing industrial floor space on a small, prime site. Designed with a number of main building entrances and knock out panels at loading for flexible demising, the development boasts immediate proximity to transportation corridors in a mature industrial hub. The design for this project is ongoing and is currently progressing through municipal approvals.
