This phased redevelopment at the north east corner of this regional shopping centre includes demolition of half of the vacant two storey Sears building and back-fill construction of new multi-level parkade. The retained portion of the Sears building was renovated with new exterior finishes to give the old shell a contemporary look and fresh identity for two new retail anchors, including Saks Off 5th.
