Francisco Cediel - Associate
As an associate, Francisco brings 20+ years as a registered architect in Ontario and Colombia. He enriches our team with diverse experience across commercial, retail, institutional, recreational, and residential projects in Canada and South America.
His expertise spans project development, starting with feasibility studies, through design phases, code compliance, and project documentation for tender, permitting, and contract administration.
He joined PETROFF in 2006 and his roles and responsibilities include liaison with clients, consultants and contractors, the coordination and preparation of working drawings and construction documents of mid-size to large scale commercial and retail projects, the selection of materials and methods, analysis of construction costs, building code interpretation and building system analysis and contract administration and field review.
